The SARAPLEX^® ABC (Flu A/ Flu B/ Covid-19 Multiplex) Test kit is an in vitro diagnostic test kit. It's a multiplex test based on real-time PCR (qPCR) technology, for the simultaneous qualitative detection of the Influenza A (Flu A), Influenza B (Flu B), and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) specific RNA.

The test covers detection of H1N1, H3N2, H7N9, H1N2, H5N1, H2N2, H9N2, H10N8, H5N6, H7N7, H7N4, H7N2, and H2N1 under Influenza A, Yamagata and Victoria strains under Influenza B and all known SARS-CoV-2 variants. The test includes an internal control to identify possible qPCR inhibition and verify the quality of sample extraction.

The SARAPLEX^® Dengue-Chikungunya test kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on RT-PCR technology. It is designed for simultaneous qualitative detection of Dengue (type 1-4) and Chikungunya Viruses using RNA extracted from patient's blood (plasma/serum). The test includes an internal control to identify possible qPCR inhibition and verify the quality of sample extraction.
